What kick offs are & where to line up
- Make sure on the first kick, the ball moves forward if age group doesn't have a goalie. If they have a goalie it can go in any direction.

What about throw ins
- No lifting the feet, ball over their head
- U5, U7 and U9 get 1 retry then goes to the other team. All other age groups, ball goes to other team after a miss throw.

What goal kicks are & where to line up
- If you play without a goalie, opposite team needs to be at midfield

What corner kicks are & where to line up
- There is no offsides on corner kicks, however once the ball touches a player offsides is in effect.

Every player needs to play 50% of the game before one player plays 100% - Players need to play regardless of skill level.

Substitutions
-Own kick in or if both teams are making substitutions 
-Goal kicks
-After goals are scored

Defenders
-No player needs to be standing on the goal box
-As the play moves up field so do defenders 

Goalies

-No punting allowed
- Once ball is on the ground, its a live ball

Bench Conduct 
-Coach, Assistant Coach, 1 team parent and players allowed on the players bench, no exceptions. 
- All others need to be on the parent side - please help enforce
